At Woolx, we stand behind the quality of our premium merino wool and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn Woolx garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
